William Nelstrop & Company, Nelstrops are a sixth generation family owned and managed flour milling business, operating from a single site within Greater Manchester.

At a time of great change as the industry continues its process of rationalisation, Nelstrops has continued to flourish and increase its market share, particularly in the premium sector. The keys to its success have been the attention to detail in meeting customer requirements and keeping at the cutting edge of milling technology. It has long been recognised by the family that a 'commitment to quality is a key to our survival'.

For more than a generation, Nelstrops have worked closely with the designers and suppliers of milling equipment and systems, to enable them to exploit new ideas and technologies as soon as they have become available. Indeed, Nelstrops have been partners in the proving and commercialising of many of these innovations.
