Nelstrops' product range includes a number of high quality flours, including bread flours, malted products and speciality flours, such as Lily, used in baking pizzas.

Use of PeriTec technology has enabled Nelstrops to produce flours for premium white breads, while its high-specification wholemeal flours are particularly suitable for soft-sliced pan bread. The growing demand for ethnic products and an increasingly eclectic British palate mean that Nelstrops will continue to develop its high quality range.
