Our Self Raising flour is a soft flour with added raising agents which can be used in all kinds of cake making, scones, soda breads, muffins and puddings. It is milled from 100% English wheat which can all be traced back to the farm where it was grown.

- 6 month best before from date of milling
- Packed in craft recyclable paper with paper approved by the Forest Stewardship Council with a stitched top
- Milled in Cheshire by Nelstrops family millers, by the 6th generation of the family.
