I decided to make my own bread to see if there was any difference between homemade and shop bought. I first bought bread flour from the supermarket and was impressed by the difference in the texture and taste of the homemade loaves. I thought that my initial loaves were were good but I them decided to buy some flour direct from Nelstrops. I have to say that I would never have believed the difference that this flour made to my bread and it has blown all my previous attempts out of the water. The loaves I have baked with the Nelstrops flour have been exceptional and I cam not praise the product enough. I have made bread for family and friends and the feedback from everyone has been unbelievable. I will definitely be ordering again and will not be going back to shop bought bread.

Nelstrops flour, milled at our family mill in Cheshire, is a family business that has been passed down from generation to generation for six generations and last year celebrated its 200th anniversary.
We work with farms to source only the best grains for our flours.
Our flours are not bleached or treated in any other way and are simply carefully selected natural wheat ground into flour of the highest quality.
