Traditional Wholemeal flour

Award winning Traditional Wholemeal flour is perfect for all wholemeal bread making, or can be added to our Traditional Strong White to make bread with more flavour and nutrition. The flour creates a strong elastic dough with good extensibility which can take a high hydration and is easy to handle. When baked it gives a good rise, a strength of crumb, firm bite and delicious taste.

This flour is also perfect for bread machines and yes even wholemeal pizza bases!
