- Spelt has been cultivated since approximately 5000 BC and has a mellow, nutty flavour and is considered more easily digestible.
- Milled in Cheshire by Nelstrops family millers, by the 6th generation of the family.
(This bag currently comes in a plain brown bag made of recycled paper whilst we await a printed bag)
