Award winning Traditional Strong White is our No.1 sourdough flour. The flour creates a strong elastic dough with excellent extensibility which can take a high hydration and is easy to handle. When baked it gives a good rise, a strength of crumb, firm bite and delicious taste to your sourdoughs.

This flour is also perfect for all other bread making, bread machines and pizzas.
