Britain's Best Loaf 2025 Nelstrops Flour

Congratulations Miyo Aoetsu winner of Britain’s Best Loaf 2025.

Scott Peters Technical Baker for Nelstrop Family Millers visited Miyo and her Husband David at the Kuma San Bakehouse to congratulate them on their success and share baking stories one being Miyo’s rise to fame. 

Miyo a long time customer of Nelstrops , and two time Britain’s Best Loaf winner said “she loves the flavour she gets from using the Tradition Strong White and the performance of the 1820 Wholemeal is second to none”.

During the visit Scott presented bags of Traditional Strong White and 1820 Wholemeal as well as Nelstrops  award winning Maltflake and Multiseed and Flake flours, in recognition of Miyo’s victory with her Earl Grey and Limoncello Brioche. Knowing Miyo’s creativity we look forward to seeing her test bakes.

Miyo made sure that Scott was well stocked with baked goods before he left. The quality, flavour and attention to detail were well appreciated by all who tried them back at the mill.
